Shipping policy
Shipping within the USA
We offer standard shipping that is delivered within the USA on average between 3-7 business days, with a tracking number and delivery confirmation number emailed to you. Please note some carriers take several days for the tracking to update after we have handed off the package to them.
Orders normally ship out within 1-2 business days from our warehouse located in Las Vegas, NV. Business days are Monday - Friday excluding weekends and federal holidays. Please note there may be a delay in shipping during and immediately after we have a large sale or product drop, as we have a large influx of orders to pack.
Express 2-4 business day transit time shipping is offered for a separate charge. Business days are Monday - Friday excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after 12 pm will not be processed until the following business day.
It is the customer's responsibility to make sure they have entered their correct shipping address, including apartment or suite number if necessary. Refunds or reshipments will not be made for incorrect addresses. We are unable to change the shipping address once the order is packed and/or shipped out from our fulfillment center.
If you have entered the incorrect address on your order or ordered in error, you have 60 minutes from the time you ordered to cancel your order. The only way to cancel the order is through the "Cancel" button at the bottom of your order confirmation email. We use a 3rd party fulfillment center that works day and night shifts. Emailing us to cancel your order does not guarantee that it will be cancelled in time.
We do not refund shipping costs if a order arrives later than expected. Please note we are not personally delivering your package and have no control over the shipping carriers, as they are independent companies. We use a variety of carriers including but not limited to USPS, Fedex, DHL, UPS, and Ontrac. Our third party logistics warehouse chooses the best carrier based on the delivery location and package dimensions.
Shipping insurance is offered for $2.15 at checkout which is bundled with easy/free returns. To file a shipping insurance claim click here. Claims must be filed within 14 days or delivery or 30 days of ordering. Please note if you removed checkout+ from your cart at checkout, you do not have shipping insurance and any claims filed will be denied. Orders that are reshipped through insurance claims are only eligible for store credit if a return is requested and only eligible to ship to the same address as on the order.

International Shipping
Our international shipping charges now INCLUDE duty/vat. We ship with a tracking number and delivery is usually within 10-14 business days. A tracking number and delivery confirmation email will be sent.
