Refund policy

You may request to return your unwanted items within 30 days of ordering.  Items must be unused, unworn, with a hangtag attached, unwashed, and free of pet hair. Items shipped back without our authorization can not be processed in our warehouse facility and will not be eligible for a refund or credit. All non permanently attached components of the garment that were sold with the garment must be returned in order to receive credit, refund, or exchange. Example of these items are separate belts, linings, lacing/ties, and collar pins. Items sold as a set must have all items of the set returned. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the return item is properly packaged in a suitable box or mailer and sufficiently closed with packaging tape. Refunds or exchanges will not be granted for returns that are sent to us as empty packages. 

Customers have the option to select between these return options:

  • Store Credit - free return shipping for store credit for the product purchase price.
  • Exchange - free return shipping with purchase of outgoing shipping for new item.
  • Refund -  to your original payment method minus the return shipping/processing fee. This is determined based on the package weight and zip code it is shipping back from. If you have opted for checkout+ the return shipping fee does not apply.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns must be shipped out within 10 days of receiving the return shipping label. 

Claims for damages, incorrect product, or shortages must be made within 7 days of receipt. 

Please note we take up to 3 business days from receipt of return package to process the refund or store credit code.

Exchanges will be shipped out upon receipt & inspection of the returned item.

After the second exchange on the same order, only store credit will be provided if a 3rd return is requested.

The below applies to both domestic and international returns:

Final Sale Items will be marked as final sale in the product description (these will be clearly labeled as such) and are not eligible for store credit or refund. 

We reserve the rights to refuse a refund or credit for items that are not in a re-sellable condition - regardless of the presence of original hangtag and whether the item was worn or not, refunds will not be issued for items that we determine cannot be resold. We may make such determination based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to; the appearance, smell, and/or general condition of the item when it's returned to us. Product returned with animal hair on it will not be refunded or given store credit. Returns that are rejected will not be processed. If the customer wants the rejected item or an unauthorized return sent back to them, they will need to pay for return shipping. Unauthorized returns will only be held for 14 days before being discarded.

We reserve the right to refuse future service to customers who abuse our return policy and/or shipping insurance policy.

Orders that are marked as delivered and reshipped at our discretion, or through shipping insurance are not eligible for monetary refund, these orders will be eligible for store credit only if a return is requested. In addition, orders marked as delivered are only eligible for reshipment if a claim is approved, not for monetary refund.

Please note many of our items are delicate and require special care instructions as noted on your care label. Returns or credit will not be issued for damages to clothing that are laundered differently than our care instructions. 

DECOR RETURNS

Home Decor returns must be in the original packaging still. Opened blankets are not eligible for return as they can not be repackaged to be resold.

SWIMWEAR RETURNS

For hygiene reasons, swimwear must have the inner crotch hygiene seal intact. Please try on your swimsuit with undergarments on.

HANDBAG RETURNS

To return your handbag please wrap it carefully in the original velvet dust bag to prevent any damage during shipping. When examining your handbag please be mindful not to scratch or mark the product.

SHOE RETURNS:

Shoes must be unworn, unscuffed with no markings on the bottom of the shoe. Please try on your shoes on a soft surface to prevent scratching of the sole. All original packaging must be intact including the branded shoe box and must go back in original outer shipping box or suitable sized one. Do not use the branded shoe box as the return shipping box. 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:  Jewelry, sunglasses, tights, and candles are non-returnable. Any other items will be marked as Final Sale on the product page.

International Return Policy

Please write "USA Returned Goods" on the outside of the package. Please note any duty/vat paid is not refundable.
